What is included in the price of rent?
Heat and water is included. Power is seperately charged through our third party sub-metering firm Enercare. Save a portion of the fixed distribution cost as our program has this savings built in.
Is parking included in rent?
For our 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units we do have optional underground parking. Small stalls start at $100/month, regular stalls start at $125/stall. 2 highly desirable tandem stalls are available for our 2+den and 3 bedroom apartment. Inquire about pricing & availability.
What is the cost of my security deposit?
Are children allowed to live here?

How do I pay my security deposit & rent payments?

Are there storage units?
Optional storage units are available on the first floor. Artika boasts a secure, dry dust-free storage room. The cost of a standard size unit is $25/month. You can rent additional storage cages if need be. They are available on a first come first served basis.
Who do I contact if I have any questions or concerns once I'm moved in?
Our community management team is available from 8-5pm daily. Any urgent matters can also be dealt with 24/7 to work with you hand in hand to your satisfaction.
How many FOBS/keys do I get?
You will receive one set per occupant.
What is the minimum lease term?
Our lease term is 12 months. If you qualify 1 month rent free, your total lease term will be 13 months.
How soon can I move in?
We are expecting to have our first residents move in as early as December 1 2020.
